The breathing controls and video filters run locally. No breathing data is sent to a server. This version uses no cookies, analytics scripts or saved exercise history.

When you visit

To deliver the website, the server receives technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested file and browser details. The hosting and CDN services may process this information in access and error logs. Actual retention depends on the server and CDN configuration.

Videos and external links

Videos load only after you press Play. There are no embedded YouTube or other third-party video players. External sources are opened only when you follow their links.
